An order is confirmed only after we acknowledge it by email, WhatsApp, or phone. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if information appears incorrect, or for any other reasonable cause. In that case any amount already paid will be refunded.

5. Custom Stitching and Measurements

For custom-stitched orders, you are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements you share. We recommend getting measurements taken by a tailor for the best fit.
