Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because most of our pieces are hand-crafted and many are custom stitched to your measurements, our return and cancellation rules are different from a mass-market store. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Within 24 hours of ordering: You can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. We do not begin production until 24 hours have passed.

After 24 hours: Once production has begun, we cannot accept a cancellation. Your outfit is being cut and stitched to your measurements and cannot be resold. We will complete it to the standard you ordered and deliver it to you.

2. Changes After Production Has Begun

Once production has started, changes to measurements, colour, fabric, design, embroidery, or any other customisation cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please ensure all details are correct before your order is confirmed.

3. Returns and Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests only in the following cases:

  • The product you received is damaged or defective.
  • The product you received is materially different from what was confirmed.

To raise a request, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs, and an unboxing video recorded at the time the package was opened. Claims made without reasonable supporting evidence, including an unboxing video where available, may not be accepted. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-stitched outfits made to your measurements
  • Bridal pieces and made-to-order designs
  • Items returned without prior approval from us
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

5. Colour Disclaimer

Colours may appear slightly different on screen due to photography lighting, screen settings, device displays, and fabric dye batches. Minor colour or shade variations between website images and the finished product do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

6. Handwork and Fabric Variation

Many of our outfits involve handcrafted embroidery, embellishments, and fabric dyeing. Slight variations between website images and the finished product are a normal part of handcrafted fashion and do not qualify as defects.

7. Refunds

Online payments are not yet available on this website, so refund arrangements will be agreed directly with you at the time your return is approved. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

We will update this section once online payments go live.

8. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will arrange and pay for the return pickup. In all other approved cases, the customer is responsible for safely returning the product to us.

9. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation issues, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or compensation.
