Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

At this time we primarily serve customers in Punjab, India and ship across the rest of India. If you are outside India and would like to place an order, please write to us first at chahatthapar3@gmail.com so we can confirm whether we can deliver to your location.

2. Order Processing Time

Delivery and making time varies by outfit. The estimated making time is shown on each product page.

Simple custom outfits may take 15–21 days, while heavy bridal, premium embroidery, or special custom designs may take 35–60+ days. Final delivery time depends on design, fabric availability, embroidery work, and order workload. We will share an expected timeline when your order is confirmed.

3. Delivery Time

Once your outfit is ready and dispatched, deliveries within India typically reach you in 3 to 10 working days, depending on your location and our courier partner. Delays can occasionally happen due to weather, festivals, or courier-side issues.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be shown to you at the time of order confirmation. For some orders we may offer free shipping within India.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details over email or WhatsApp using the contact information you provided.

6. Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will reach out to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact us within 48 hours at chahatthapar3@gmail.com with photos. We will work with our courier partner to resolve it.
